In 1997, on the windswept east coast of Canada, three enterprising young professionals with diverse expertise recognized a promising opportunity in the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Brian Dicks, John Lukins, and Wayne Pardy brought their specialized knowledge in business management, computer programming, and health and safety to focus on developing an innovative safety and quality management system that addressed the growing demands faced by organizations across various industries.
